Device Repairs Courier Collection and Return

1 - Book online at

2 - We will contact you to arrange the collection

3 - Our courier will collect your device and deliver to us for repair.

4 - We will repair your device. You can track the status of the repair at

5 - Once the repair is complete, our courier will return you device to you.

This courier service is available nationwide at a cost of just €9.95

Important Notes:

Where a booking is placed on a weekend/Bank Holiday, the request will be processed the next working day.

Once the courier has been booked, the €9.95 charge is non-refundable.

Our courier is Fastway, where all collections and deliveries are insured by them.

Packing Instructions:

Please wrap your item securely and place it along with your details inside the secure box. The courier who will collect the package from you will have the label for the outside of the box.

If you do not pack the item correctly or simply try to hand your device to the driver, the item will not be taken. Fastway will try to collect the item again the following working day, if it is not packed correctly or if driver is not happy with the package the collection will be cancelled & a €9.95 re-booking fee applies

Fastway collects & delivers between 9am and 6pm depending on local drivers daily work load. Peaks time such as Christmas do cause a delay & we will advise you on any delays we are aware of at the time, we can not give exact times as to when the driver will call to your home or work so it is important you choose a day that you know someone will be at the address to meet the driver and sign over the package.
